Terms of use

Draft translation of the Turkish Terms of Use (version 1). If the two versions differ, the Turkish text prevails.

  1. Service: Vitrinpost prepares weekly social media post topics, caption drafts and image templates based on the business details you enter. It does not post on your behalf and does not connect to your social media accounts.
  2. AI captions are drafts. Reading and correcting them before posting is your responsibility. Captions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your business.
  3. Advertising and consumer law: you are responsible for the accuracy of the claims in what you post (prices, discounts, product features, offer conditions) and for complying with applicable advertising and consumer protection rules. A "previous price" must be a price you actually charged.
  4. Photo and content rights: you must hold the rights to the photos and logo you use, and have permission from anyone shown in your photos.
  5. Professional rules and unsupported uses: for professions with advertising restrictions (lawyers, doctors and health providers, pharmacists, certified accountants, veterinarians) the app only prepares general information; the professional is responsible for professional accuracy, compliance with professional rules and not publishing it as a paid ad or boost. The app does not prepare posts for alcohol, tobacco, betting, crypto/loans, supplements, fortune telling or weapons.
  6. Subscription: Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription through Google Play. You cancel in Google Play; after cancelling, Pro lasts until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's rules. Weekly limits (packs and regenerations) are shown in the app and may change with prior notice.
  7. When the subscription ends: new pack generation stops; your past packs and the images you saved stay on your phone.
  8. No promise of results: Vitrinpost does not guarantee follower, engagement or sales growth.
  9. Changes to the service: the service may be improved, changed or ended with reasonable prior notice; active subscribers are informed.
  10. Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the captions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
  11. Governing law: the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
