Privacy policy

Vitrinpost is an Android app developed by Kaan Atak (identityKa), İstanbul/Küçükçekmece. Contact: support@plainwharf.com.

• Your photos stay on your phone. Images are created on the device and never uploaded.
• Your WhatsApp number is stored only on your phone and is never sent to our servers or the AI provider.
• Your business details (industry, products, tone, etc.) are sent to our backend (Google Firebase, Frankfurt region) and to our AI provider (Google LLC (Gemini API)) to write your captions. The provider does not train models on this data.
• Account: you start anonymously; you can optionally link a Google account (your email is stored for sign-in).
• Subscriptions: payments are handled by Google Play; we never see card details. Subscription status is verified via RevenueCat, Inc. (USA).
• Measurement: we keep aggregate counts (packs created, posts marked as shared, features used) to improve the service (legitimate interest). Detailed analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) only with your opt-in consent. No ads, no advertising ID, no selling of data.
• International transfers: our processors are located in the EU and the USA; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.
• Retention: weekly packs are deleted from the server after 60 days; account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days after you delete it.
• Your rights: access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: KVKK; in the EU/UK: your local authority). Email us with your in-app User Code; we reply within 30 days.
• Deletion: Settings → Delete my data, or https://vitrinpost.com/en/delete-account/.
• Children: the app is for business owners and is not directed at people under 18.
